Black Widow has a 7 days return policy within which to request a refund or an exchange. We will only accept goods back in their original condition, all tags must be attached and in the original packaging. Please note for hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange underwear, bikinis, hair accessories, body jewellery (including earrings) and makeup.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com before hand to check stock availability.

Processing My Return
It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use (but we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt). This may take longer for parcels coming from outside the UK. Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow a few more days for the refund to show in your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping can only be extended to those wishing to retain their purchase. If you are requesting a refund when returning your order the free shipping offer will become void and we have the right to deduct an initial delivery cost incurred. This does not apply to refunds being requested on orders that are being returned where you have bought multiple items and are only returning part of your order which holds a value that still qualifies for a Free Delivery. (UK orders will be charged at £4.95 and International orders will be charged at our stated rates).
